Welcome to the Club

Win the National Championship in year 1 of Dynasty with either UMASS, UTSA, or Texas State.

Start up a Dynasty with Texas State and create a custom schedule. Change the schedule to match the teams that I have selected to play against. You need to create matches against top ranked teams in order for you to get a chance to play in the BCS Championship.

1: Alabama
2: USC
3: Open
4: Michigan
5: LSU
6: Boise State
8: Open
12: Georgia

Now is the time to edit some of your players on your roster. Scroll over to the Team Management menu and go down to Edit Roster. Edit your QB, HB, 3 WRs, and your Center stats to increase their rating to 99.

Another definite way to win when simulating is by editing the other team's Quarterback. At the Edit Roster screen, press and hold  and you can select other teams in the league. Find the team you play next and edit their QB's Awareness, Throw Power, and Throw Accuracy down to zero.

You MUST play and win the BSC game in order for the achievement to unlock. Simulating the game will not work. Although, you can start the game and use SUPERSIM to win the game. Just make sure you actually come out on top!

Sucky, only because that will be impossible to do legit. You'll have to move them to the SEC or something and win out.

Moving them to the SEC is legit! Or just schedule all Top 25 games.

The fact that there's an achievement that features my Alma Mater (Texas State) makes me want to play this even more. As long as you schedule all top 25 teams and make some teams in front of you lose, this will be easy.

You're right, it's impossible to reach NCG legit with any of those.

I like this achievement, I always take a small school and try to make them into a "powerhouse", so this is right down my alley.

But year one National Championship, that'll be interesting.

The easy way out is to just turn to freshman and go SEC and make all non conference highest rank you can for the week

This sounds like a fun achievement, especially with one of my favorite colleges (UMASS).

All you have to do is schedule top 25 games all the way down. Just like last year's achievement for BYU. It won't be that hard. I only did like 3/4 of my BYU schedule of top 25 teams and left the shitty ones at the end and I still became #1 with 3 weeks left in the regular season.

Didn't work for me. Put them in SEC, ran the table, no achievement. Even advanced all the way to following season. Do I have to play NC game?

Easy. I played as Texas State and moved them into the SEC West, giving me an A+ schedule. All downhill from there.

Can you replace one of them with a Teambuilder team and still get it?

Simple. Just put Texas State,(or UMASS/UTSA) in the SEC East and adjust your teams starters stats to 99 in their respective catergories, (No need for a QB with 99 Catching). TURN AUTOSAVE OFF JUST IN CASE. Sim through the season and stop until BCS Championship Game. Start it up and sim the first 3 quarters and play the 4th. Feelfreeto turn difficulty to Freshman in House Rules. At the end of the game the achievement should unlock.

I'm going to try this without moving them to a powerhouse conference. Just schedule them against schools like LSU, BAMA, OU, USC, etc.

Did it. Had them play Alabama, Michigan, Boise State, Nevada, Arkansas, and Georgia for out of conference play, kept them in WAC to have the easy blow out games. I did have to play Bama 3 times to win for the first game. I also increased the rating of all my offensive and defensive starters to really good (my really good HB got hurt on the 2nd game so my backup at ovr70 took over and won the Heisman). Going into Championship week, i was #3 and after simulating #1 and #2 won so I went back played against Oregon so i could play Iowa.
