Forza Horizon 2 Reaching 'End of Life' Status in September

Forza Horizon 2 is apparently reaching "end of life" status on Xbox One and Xbox 360, Forza community guy Brian Ekberg confirmed in the latest 'Forza Week in Review' post on the series' official website. In fact, its end of life is fairly imminent, with the game due and all of its DLC to be removed from the Xbox Store in September.

Currently serving as one of August's Games with Gold until the 31st, Forza Horizon 2 and its DLC will still be able to download and play as normal once it has been de-listed for sale from the Xbox Store, but you'll no longer be able to purchase the game for Xbox One or Xbox 360 from 30th September.

Forza Horizon 2 has a fairly good run, releasing back on 30th September 2014. But presumably it's time to make way for Forza Horizon 4, due to release for Xbox One on 2nd October 2018. If you feel like reminiscing, then why not read our Forza Horizon 2 review here? Or, y'know, go buy and play the game while you still can.
