Call of Duty: WWII Shadow War DLC Concludes the Nazi Zombies Saga

Activision and Sledgehammer Games have lifted the lid on Call of Duty: WWII's final DLC expansion today, revealing that 'Shadow War' will close out the game's Nazi Zombies saga with a final chapter of undead blasting, and add a further three multiplayer maps, and another new War Mode mission that takes you to a secret enemy facility in the Austrian mountains. It features a hangar full of UFOs, which sounds pretty cool.

The Shadow War DLC pack will add the Airship, Excavation, and Chancellery maps to multiplayer, alongside the new Operation Arcane War Mode mission, and the last episode of Nazi Zombies, a subterranean frosty affair titled 'Frozen Dawn'. It'll be available standalone or as part of the Season Pass, the latter of which also enables you to offer 'Party Up Access' to share access to DLC Pack 4 maps with friends.

Call of Duty: WWII DLC Pack 4 Shadow War launches first for PlayStation 4 on 28th August, meaning it'll presumably be turning up a month later on Xbox One and PC, as is usually the case. Take a look at Shadow War in the debut trailer below. Party Up Access will expire on 28th October.
