The Call of Juarez: Gunslinger Facebook page has been making more noise after posting a new video with Silas Greaves giving a little nod to Red Dead Redemption 2's protagonist Arthur Morgan.

The new video isn't really an antagonistic one but rather the devs giving a little bit of a warm welcome to Arthur Morgan as he joins the world of wild west shooters later this month. In the video, Silas talks about how the Old West is full of legends and how he's sure that Arthur Morgan will become one of the greatest.

It's a lovely little video highlighting how not every game has to be in direct competition with one another and more studios as of recent have been showing their support for fellows devs in the industry in all sorts of ways. Square Enix recently shared a warm welcome to Kassandra in Assassin's Creed Odyssey by sharing on their official Twitter account a fan made piece of art of the two of them.

It doesn't stop there though as earlier this year Guerrilla Games also gave a nice little nod to God of War when that debuted on PS4 by showcasing a piece of art featuring the game's protagonists together. It's slowly becoming quite the tradition now among game developers sharing all sorts of art which welcomes one another into the big ol' world of gaming.

Returning back to the matter of hand, with the recent liveliness of the Call of Juarez: Gunslinger page, it looks as though there might be a very real chance that we could see something new from the franchise once again. In the aforementioned video of Sila Greaves, at the end of it, he says, "legends never die. They come back stronger than ever," which sounds like a pretty solid tease right there.
