343 Industries has announced that Halo: Reach will be heading to The Master Chief Collection later this year, along with announcing that the whole collection will be heading to PC.

Players who own an Xbox One X will be delighted to hear that Halo Reach will be playable in full 4K resolution with HDR and will also run at 60fp Microsoft has said. Halo: Reach's multiplayer, which includes Forge and Theater mode, will be available to fans who own the Master Chief Collection, but the campaign and Firefight mode will have to purchased separately unless you're an Xbox Game Pass subscriber in which you'll be able to get the entire package.

If you're curious about the PC version of The Master Chief Collection, 343 Industries revealed that each game will be released in chronological order starting with Halo: Reach and then ending with Halo 4. Each game can be purchased individually within the collection, so if you wanted to skip over Halo 3: ODST for some mad reason, then you can just simply not buy it and move on to Halo 4.
